ComplianceOps is committed to making www.complianceops.ai usable for as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technologies. We target the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 at Level AA.
What we currently do
- Semantic HTML landmarks (header, main, footer, nav, section, article, aside).
- Visible focus indicators on every interactive element.
- A “Skip to main content” link as the first interactive element on every page.
- Brand colour contrast meeting WCAG AA on body text and primary actions.
- Honouring the
prefers-reduced-motionmedia query — animations are minimized for visitors with motion sensitivity settings on. - Keyboard-operable navigation. Mobile menu opens via a native
<details>element — usable without JavaScript. - Image alt text on the brand logo and other non-decorative imagery. Decorative SVGs are marked
aria-hidden. - Text remains readable when zoomed to 200%.
Known limitations
The site has not yet been independently audited by a third-party accessibility specialist. Specific areas we know need ongoing attention:
- Some decorative banner illustrations contain text. The text is also present in the surrounding HTML for screen readers; the banners themselves are marked
aria-hidden. - Forms are intentionally not used on this site at this stage. When they are introduced, they will be tested against the same standard.
Report a barrier
If something on this site is hard to use with your assistive technology, or you would like content in an alternative format, please email hello@complianceops.ai with the page URL and a short description. We aim to respond within five working days.
Enforcement
If you have not received a satisfactory response, you may pursue applicable remedies in your jurisdiction (for example under the ADA in the United States, the European Accessibility Act in the EU, or analogous legislation elsewhere).
This page is a starting scaffold. Have your accessibility, UX, and legal teams review and update it after a formal audit and any tooling changes that affect accessibility coverage.
